I have been unable to give an opinion on my Fox News app or on Fox News on my PC since Oct. 19.
I have no idea what happened just one day everything stopped. I contacted your contactus@***.com on the 19th. They responded pretty quickly with a list of things for me to try. I tried just about all the suggestions and nothing worked.
I asked if they could just delete my account on their end, just get rid of it so I could start all over with a new account. Since the 19th I have been emailing them asking for help and all I get are automated responses. I know I'm not their only problem to solve, but I want to be able to read and comment on Fox News. I've been with Fox News for years.
I've logged in with my TV provider all these years with no problem.
I even changed my password on my Direct TV account thinking it would help and it didn't. I really hope someone can help me.
